Firmly believing in the works of the Lord and seeing His support in the already initiated process of building the new temple, with full confidence that this will come to pass, we have set out to create this material as a structured guide for the ministries in the church and their specific functions.

We know that everything for God must be done with excellence. Therefore, we are preparing in every possible area for the incredible challenges and future adventures in the Lord’s work, as a new church—not only in its physical architecture but also in its spiritual and functional architecture. This content outlines projects and plans to be followed in the short, medium, and long term, covering ministries and general departments within the congregation.

Here, we present procedures, events, training, requirements, and more that we must keep in mind as active members of the Church of Light and Life, as well as participants in various ministries.

As a congregation, we desire to experience an ever-greater movement of God. To this end, we need to begin a spiritual life plan, which we promote by reinforcing both a united vision and mission, alongside a congregational one

Vision:
To emerge as a church that shares the gospel with those around us, proclaiming a relationship with God as a way of life, in love and peace.

Mission:
To preach in the name of Jesus repentance and forgiveness of sins, being ourselves a testimony that Jesus is the only way.
